What Goes Into an HPE SBF Build
Every SBF build starts with block and crankshaft machining at our sister shop, Car City Engine — cylinder boring and honing, crankshaft grinding, and cylinder head resurfacing and valve work, all done to factory tolerances or better. From there, we spec pistons, camshaft, valvetrain, and induction around your goals, whether that’s a torquey street engine or a higher-revving combination.
